Our Design Catalog contains over 2,000 designs of stencils plus custom stencils can be obtained from your artwork. Further information on applying stencils, and setting up your machinery to achieve optimum performance, can be obtained on our training video Note: Good Black & White artwork, 600 dpi laser print or better, must be submitted for custom jobs. Camera ready artwork is requested. Most jobs average out at an $18.00 artwork charge. Dur-A-Tech 2000™ ®

Sam's Graphic Industries is proud to announce the release of it's new Dur-a-tech 2000 sandblasting stencil. This stencil consists of a harder resist which allows you to etch deeper than ever before possible. The Dur-a-tech 2000 stencil is an excellent addition that compliments our fine line of quality products at Sam's Graphic Industries. This unique stencil is mere pennies per square inch with a $20.00 set-up charge and a 6 stencil minimum order.

Brass

This stencil can be custom made or you can choose the many designs in our catalog and have your own custom saying added. This stencil has the ability to be used many times (average of 100 etches depending on detail).

Transmask ®

This stencil can be custom made or you can choose many designs from our catalog and have your own custom saying added. This is a gray and white stencil. This stencil can only be used 1 time. Stencil can be used on flat or round glassware. It does not need to have bridges like the brass stencil. The Transmask stencil is very versatile and can be used on ceramic ware, regular glass, or crystal glassware. A 25 stencil minimum order of the same image is required when ordering. This stencil is only mere pennies per square inch, with an $18.00 set-up charge per job.

TM II ®

This stencil can be custom made or you can choose many designs from our catalog and have your own custom saying added. The stencil is purple and black in color. This stencil has the ability to conform to odd shapes and is catered to complex curves. This stencil can only be used 1 time and it does not need to have bridges like the brass stencil. TM II ® holds details better than the Transmask ® Stencils. A 25 stencil minimum order of the same image is required when ordering. This stencil is only $.09 per square inch, with an $18.00 set-up charge per job.
